RCMS Designated Professor Kazuyuki Tatsumi has been chosen as a recipient of the 2013 Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. The award ceremony will be held on Tuesday, April 16th at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
